Capturing the Green Season | Photography Workshop with Rémi Abad

As part of our programme around the exhibition “After the Rain”, the Alliance Française de Siem Reap invites you to a free photography workshop led by Rémi Abad, a photographer based in Siem Reap since 2013.

🌿 THE WORKSHOP

We are now entering the final weeks of the rainy season. With changing skies, monsoon showers, light, water and lush green landscapes, this time of year offers countless photographic opportunities.

Using rain as a common thread, Rémi will invite participants to develop their eye, curiosity and photography skills. Whether you use a smartphone or a camera, all equipment is welcome — the only requirement is the desire to capture a beautiful image.

The workshop will also provide an opportunity to explore different techniques and approaches to make the most of the light, landscapes and atmosphere of this unique season.

📍 THE ROUTE

The group will leave from the Alliance Française de Siem Reap and follow the river towards Phnom Krom.

The route will include several stops, allowing participants to take time to observe and photograph the landscapes, while putting Rémi’s advice into practice directly in the field.
